Manawatu at Teachers College identifies CC BY-NC 4.0. Hokowhitu Lagoon readings are recorded by Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) and supplied through Horizons. Copyright remains with the data owner. The additional Horizons Stage station metadata identifies CC BY 4.0 for thirteen lake, lagoon and drain datasets and CC BY-NC 4.0 for West St Drain at Ranfurly Rd; Main Drain at Lynchs Bridge and Main Drain at Rangiotu Gates state no licence.
